What we process

When you send an inquiry through the form on neucloud.de we store the name, email address, offer and message you enter, together with the time of submission and your IP address (used only to prevent abuse). We use this data solely to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to negotiate and complete the transfer of the domain. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where it is stored

The page and the form are served by Cloudflare, Inc. Inquiries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and forwarded to our mailbox. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver this page; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

How long

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them, at most 24 months after the last contact, unless a purchase requires longer retention under tax law.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time and ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
